So here are my options:

A.) Tiffany, 20 student at DeAnza College
Offer: wants to find an apartment together in the $625-700 price range. We're both looking at somewhere in North Cupertino near DeAnza.
Quoted as saying: "im looking for someone whos still young and clean and doesnt mind partying sometimes"
UPSIDE: Young and I help pick the location and choose the apartment
DOWNSIDE: she smokes and doesn't want to share a bathroom (the lil priss)

B.) Evenlyn, 36 professional (professional what???)
Offer: $460+300 deposit 2bd/1ba off homestead and hollenbeck
Quoted as saying: "I am a female professional and looking for a female Non Smoker who is Neat, Quiet and Responsible to share a 2 bedr. /1 bath apartment. The location is at Sunnyvale, close freeway 280, 85, De Anza College and Foothill College. The bedroom is 11 x 10.5 ft with a 2 x 11 ft. closet. TV Cable and DSL are ready for you. Cooking is allowed and a private refrigerate is for you. You will have your parking slot off the street."
UPSIDE: Cheapest rent I've found and location is perfect
DOWNSIDE: Everything else (I don't like how she said 'cooking is allowed')

C.) Brad, 42 finance professional and artist
Offer: $600 mo + $200 deposit 2/bed/2bath Los Altos apartment off homestead and foothill expressway / spacious living room, cable TV, a balcony with gas BBQ grill, patio furniture and a T1 internet connection (much faster then DSL)
Quoted as saying: "clean, great sense of humor, organized, physically active and quiet. I have no kids or pets and non smoker. I'm friendly personable and very respectful of others. My home is a quiet place"
UPSIDE: I really like this apartment complex and the rent isn't so bad.
DOWNSIDE: Did that say 42? and under his preferences he put: female (18-99) children ok" His guy is looking for a family it seems however he seems like the one I would most like to live with.
